SMS communication is expensive for the students and dated, while WhatsApp is free. Students can authorized channel.

We want to give students the ability to book private lessons for the following teaching week (or longer) while preventing any bookings for the current week. The entire upcoming week should remain open for booking from Sunday through Thursday afternoon (this is our working week - I realise most others are mon-fri), allowing students to select any available lesson time for the next Sunday–Thursday period (and after if we choose). Every Thursday afternoon, the system should automatically lock the entire next week, preventing further changes so teachers can rely on a stable schedule. Would this be possible?

Anyone else finds it inconvenient? The box / baloon blocks the search box. You cannot click it away or move it away. I know it disappears after a few seconds, but I'd rather not have it in view at all., not right in the centre of the screen over the search box. I guess most TnG clients are single-centre providers anyway so this prominent position of the baloon feels unsubstantiated.

We need to generate a report for each student each Trimester. At the moment we create a word document for each each student showing information for each trimester and then each teacher has to type their comments and results for each student. I would like the option to include a customisable report template for each student that could be updated in the student file

I would ideally like to have a single account per family or company so contact details, address etc only needs be updated once e.g for companies I have one primary contact be maybe 20 students also for families where there are 2 or more people in the family who are students, sometimes the parent / primary contact is also a student. The data is not always accurate if there is a charge of address or telephone number. Also we are not using the stripe integration yet but it would help for payments to have a single contact for multiple students.

adding a feature to keep track of teachers absence (like illness, holiday etc) . when a selected teacher shows unavailable, the system could list other available teachers.

The ability to build a custom report/export

There are a few things as a school whos students are all minors and contact is through their parents (other contacts) which could be improved to help the function for us. Customising the Student profile - allowing schools to remove fields which are not needed At the moment we could have a student with no parents connected (human error) and there for no contact details. Can this been flagged as an error when contact details are missing for an enrolled student. It would be helpful to be able to set a primary contact (from other contacts) and for this to ensure notifications are on and for this information to be viewed from the student account dashboard.

Currently we have the brilliant system of push-notifications for when students are marked as absent, the parents receive a notification on their phone. However, some of our parents don't use the app on their phone and instead need an email to notify them. I would love a preset email to be sent to the students related contact email address when they are marked as absent by a teacher, giving a more solid paper trail of proof that we marked their child as absent and the parent has received it, not only as a notification on their phone.

Prevent attendance from being marked before the class start time, as this has caused confusion when attendance is recorded prematurely.

Currently, when a class is postponed, the replacement lesson must be created manually. This creates additional work and increases the risk of inconsistencies in the schedule. We suggest that when a class is marked as postponed, the system automatically generates a new session at the end of the course/class to compensate for the missed class. This ensures that: The total number of classes/hours is maintained The schedule remains consistent Manual adjustments are minimized Ideally, this process should be automatic once a class marked as postponed, without requiring users to manually create the replacement session.

It would be very helpful if, in the Classes section of the student profile, we could also see the actual start and end dates of the program/level, not only the enrollment date. Currently, we can see when the student was enrolled in the class, but not the real program/level period. Having visibility of the level’s actual date range would make it easier to track academic progress and understand the student’s timeline at a glance. Thank you for considering this improvement!

WE would like to build a class report on TnG, we want to have a report that includes attendance, notes per student, grades, etc. And we would to send it to certain people within TnG via email.

Please could you make the dashboard widgets interactive at the moment, Notifications, Birthdays and Payments are interactive It would be more useful for me to have the same ability to click and drill down for more information with the following: Lesson (attendance) Behaviour Group Messaging Also would it be possible for each user choose which elements they see on their dashboard (if they have permission)

I'm suggesting integrating Google Single Sign-On (SSO) into [Your SaaS Product] for smoother access. This would simplify our login process, allowing us to sign in with our Google accounts directly. It'd be a great enhancement for user experience!
