It would be great if, when filtering by period, there was an option for “This school year”.

When we click on a Related Contact that has 1 student or multiple like 3 for example. We want there to be a tab for Billing that allows billing admin to see all the fees/payments/billing for all the students linked to the contact. It would help our billing admin greatly.

In the monthly view, classes are fully visible. In the weekly view, they are not so it's not fully visible all the time without hovering or clicking. Could we have like my suggestion in the title. Thanks

We need the ability to send out various forms electronically to related contacts for new students who are in prospect, we need to send them out they are enrolled. As it's important that before a student is enrolled that we receive certain key forms signed by related contacts.

It would be lovely if we could share student fees for a certain period with the parents (without having to create an invoice). This need comes because many parents feel uncomfortable with technology so they do not use the portal. We already have this info in student fees (including paid, up to date and upcoming) but the only way to share with parents is by sending a screenshot.

We need to generate a report for each student each Trimester. At the moment we create a word document for each each student showing information for each trimester and then each teacher has to type their comments and results for each student. I would like the option to include a customisable report template for each student that could be updated in the student file

SMS communication is expensive for the students and dated, while WhatsApp is free. Students can authorized channel.

I would ideally like to have a single account per family or company so contact details, address etc only needs be updated once e.g for companies I have one primary contact be maybe 20 students also for families where there are 2 or more people in the family who are students, sometimes the parent / primary contact is also a student. The data is not always accurate if there is a charge of address or telephone number. Also we are not using the stripe integration yet but it would help for payments to have a single contact for multiple students.

adding a feature to keep track of teachers absence (like illness, holiday etc) . when a selected teacher shows unavailable, the system could list other available teachers.

The ability to build a custom report/export

WE would like to build a class report on TnG, we want to have a report that includes attendance, notes per student, grades, etc. And we would to send it to certain people within TnG via email.

Please could you make the dashboard widgets interactive at the moment, Notifications, Birthdays and Payments are interactive It would be more useful for me to have the same ability to click and drill down for more information with the following: Lesson (attendance) Behaviour Group Messaging Also would it be possible for each user choose which elements they see on their dashboard (if they have permission)

I'm suggesting integrating Google Single Sign-On (SSO) into [Your SaaS Product] for smoother access. This would simplify our login process, allowing us to sign in with our Google accounts directly. It'd be a great enhancement for user experience!

In the same way that we can see when emails are succesfully sent. Would we be able to view if parents have opened that mail or not? SO we can easily see which parents we need to resend that email to. THanks!

If teachers could “request a change of date” for a lesson they can not do and need to reschedule. If teachers could “request a change of date” for a lesson they can not do and need to reschedule. The admin would have to approve this change of date This would help accounting and invoices at the end of the month without changing every lesson at the end of the month, but if the teacher requests to change and it’s been approved it changes and updates simultaneously
