SMS communication is expensive for the students and dated, while WhatsApp is free. Students can authorized channel.

It would be great to have customizable satisfaction surveys for students and staff members to answer regarding the school and teachers so that we can have constant feedback and chances of improvement. It would also be great to have report and graphs options for the surveys. This way, we can see long-term results (graphs) and send teachers regular reports.

adding a feature to keep track of teachers absence (like illness, holiday etc) . when a selected teacher shows unavailable, the system could list other available teachers.

The ability to build a custom report/export

Many students have repeatedly reported that "Join Online Lesson" button does not work on a smartphone/tablet when trying to join an online lesson from Teach'n Go website via (any) browser app. Similarly, "Join Online Lesson" button on Teach'nGo app won't often work unless the phone has been tilted to landscape mode (as opposed to portrait more). Please fix this as there are numerous students who find accessing lessons through their smart devices most convenient.

Please add an option for bi-weekly lessons when creating a class, as there are students who have their private lessons every two weeks or have alternating teachers each week (which requires two separate classes in our case, since each class is identified by teacher and student names in the title).

At the moment email templates only allow the following variables: {RECIPIENT_FIRSTNAME} {RECIPIENT_NAME} {STUDENT_ID} {SCHOOL_NAME} It would be great if we could use all the other variables available with student document templates! Also I have a lot of students who are reporting that the emails are going to SPAM! Is there anything that you can do to prevent this?

The default "Most relevant" doesn't do a good job of predicting what's most relevant. For example, we have classes that last several hours and attendance is taken every 60 minutes or so. So if class starts at 4:00, then we have a check in time at 4:00, and then one at 5:00 or so and another at 6:00 or so, etc. But if a teacher doesn't take attendance until 4:15, the 4:00 lesson isn't visible in the default "most relevant," causing confusion and frustration for the teachers and students. Please consider that the most relevant includes the current time, not just future times.

If teachers could “request a change of date” for a lesson they can not do and need to reschedule. If teachers could “request a change of date” for a lesson they can not do and need to reschedule. The admin would have to approve this change of date This would help accounting and invoices at the end of the month without changing every lesson at the end of the month, but if the teacher requests to change and it’s been approved it changes and updates simultaneously

We need to generate a report for each student each Trimester. At the moment we create a word document for each each student showing information for each trimester and then each teacher has to type their comments and results for each student. I would like the option to include a customisable report template for each student that could be updated in the student file

I would ideally like to have a single account per family or company so contact details, address etc only needs be updated once e.g for companies I have one primary contact be maybe 20 students also for families where there are 2 or more people in the family who are students, sometimes the parent / primary contact is also a student. The data is not always accurate if there is a charge of address or telephone number. Also we are not using the stripe integration yet but it would help for payments to have a single contact for multiple students.

WE would like to build a class report on TnG, we want to have a report that includes attendance, notes per student, grades, etc. And we would to send it to certain people within TnG via email.

Please could you make the dashboard widgets interactive at the moment, Notifications, Birthdays and Payments are interactive It would be more useful for me to have the same ability to click and drill down for more information with the following: Lesson (attendance) Behaviour Group Messaging Also would it be possible for each user choose which elements they see on their dashboard (if they have permission)

It would be very useful to have a list of all contact made with students including emails & sms in the students notes tab. At the moment sms and emails sent are not registered with each student?
