Currently, when you go to choose the classroom or location, you have to guess which one is available. You only know if it is occupied after selecting it. It would be helpful if the ones that are already taken were not visible or displayed in a different color to clearly distinguish them.

We need to generate a report for each student each Trimester. At the moment we create a word document for each each student showing information for each trimester and then each teacher has to type their comments and results for each student. I would like the option to include a customisable report template for each student that could be updated in the student file

SMS communication is expensive for the students and dated, while WhatsApp is free. Students can authorized channel.

I would ideally like to have a single account per family or company so contact details, address etc only needs be updated once e.g for companies I have one primary contact be maybe 20 students also for families where there are 2 or more people in the family who are students, sometimes the parent / primary contact is also a student. The data is not always accurate if there is a charge of address or telephone number. Also we are not using the stripe integration yet but it would help for payments to have a single contact for multiple students.

adding a feature to keep track of teachers absence (like illness, holiday etc) . when a selected teacher shows unavailable, the system could list other available teachers.

The ability to build a custom report/export

Please could you make the dashboard widgets interactive at the moment, Notifications, Birthdays and Payments are interactive It would be more useful for me to have the same ability to click and drill down for more information with the following: Lesson (attendance) Behaviour Group Messaging Also would it be possible for each user choose which elements they see on their dashboard (if they have permission)

Currently we have the brilliant system of push-notifications for when students are marked as absent, the parents receive a notification on their phone. However, some of our parents don't use the app on their phone and instead need an email to notify them. I would love a preset email to be sent to the students related contact email address when they are marked as absent by a teacher, giving a more solid paper trail of proof that we marked their child as absent and the parent has received it, not only as a notification on their phone.

it will be nice on any date field to be able to have date filter like: earlier than, later than, in between, today, yesterday, last year, this year, this quarter, las quarter, etc. Look Excel filter on a date field TnG will have the complete list. In our case we have several custom date field on our student profile

When we click on a Related Contact that has 1 student or multiple like 3 for example. We want there to be a tab for Billing that allows billing admin to see all the fees/payments/billing for all the students linked to the contact. It would help our billing admin greatly.

It would be great if for each teacher account we could set the teacher's fee and when we select the teacher during the class creation it automatically populates the teachers fee as set in their respective profiles. If would also be very helpful, for our use case specifically, if the teacher fee was calculated in respect to the 'Default lesson length'. Our lessons are 55 minutes. The current teacher fee is set to 'per hour'.

We want to give students the ability to book private lessons for the following teaching week (or longer) while preventing any bookings for the current week. The entire upcoming week should remain open for booking from Sunday through Thursday afternoon (this is our working week - I realise most others are mon-fri), allowing students to select any available lesson time for the next Sunday–Thursday period (and after if we choose). Every Thursday afternoon, the system should automatically lock the entire next week, preventing further changes so teachers can rely on a stable schedule. Would this be possible?

Any school manager in Europe or US dealing with foreign students knows that e.g. Asian students often use nicknames - they are not their official names but names they choose while living in e.g. and English speaking country. In a somewhat similar fashion African or South American students often have very long names with several middle names, all of which are printed in the passport and have to be kept on file, but they opt to be called by their e.g. 2nd middle name etc. For those reasons it would be very handy to have the nick name show next to the real name in the student profile. Ideally if the field is left empty, it would not show (so that it does not clutter the profiles when not in use). I know I can have a custom field nick-name but it would only show below the fold. I also know I could just add the nick name into the existing student name field - but this would be then printed on all student document templates which would also be wrong. I hope more users would find this feature useful.

Show in this section: The teacher’s name, The program/level date range The class schedule (days and times) This would provide better academic context while checking the student profile grades.

I would like to suggest adding automatic birthday emails for students and teachers. The system would automatically send a birthday email on the user’s birthday.
