  1. Admin account to be able to "view as", a teacher, or student account

It would be great as administrators, when helping teachers or students, to be able to see what they seen. It is relatively frequent that we have teacher or students say they can-not see certain things in the system. It would be great if an Administrator account could switch to Teacher A's view and check it for them.

  2. Create lessons directly from the calendar

Allow users to add a new lesson directly on the calendar view, similar to Google Calendar. Instead of opening the class and clicking β€œAdd lessons,” you could simply click on a time slot on the calendar and create a lesson there. This would make scheduling faster and more intuitive, especially when planning lessons visually on the calendar.

  3. Calendar tab -Having an option "NO TEACHER assigned" when filftering for teacher (we will be able to see events with no teacher assigned)

When in calendar tab, we can filter by teacher. It would be nice if we had an option of NO TEACHER so that we can possibly see the events which have no teacher assigned.

  4. Bulk add lesson records

Allow teachers or admins to upload multiple lesson records at once instead of adding them one by one. This would save time when recording attendance, notes, or results for many lessons. The feature could work like a spreadsheet upload (Excel/CSV) where you paste or upload a list of lessons and their records, then review and import them in bulk. This would make it much faster to update large numbers of lesson records at once.

  5. Calendar sync without installing the mobile app

Allow students and parents to sync their lesson schedule directly to their personal calendar (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook) using an iCal feed URL. This would let them subscribe to their lessons and school events from a web browser, so the schedule appears automatically in their existing calendar without needing the mobile app. The calendar would update automatically when lessons or events change.

  7. Let schools choose what teacher information students and parents can see

Why it is useful: There is currently no setting that controls how much teacher information students and related contacts can see, and in practice they see nothing. A parent signed in to the portal can see the class, the schedule and the invoices, but not who teaches the class or how to reach them. Every school draws this line differently. Some want parents to see the teacher's name and school email, some only a name and a photo, some nothing at all. Today there is no way to express that choice, so the platform decides for everyone. Where no information is available, routine communication has to be relayed by an administrator, or it moves off the platform to personal phone numbers and private email. Both outcomes are worse than letting the school decide what to show. Who would benefit: Administrators, who stop relaying messages that never needed them. Parents and students, who can identify the teacher assigned to their class. Teachers, because communication stays on school channels rather than moving to personal ones. Online and hybrid schools would feel this most, since teacher and family never meet in person, but it applies anywhere parents expect to know who teaches their child. How it should work: A visibility matrix under User Permissions. Teacher fields as rows (full name, profile photo, short biography, school email, phone number, online lesson link) and user roles as columns (Student, Related contact). Each cell is a simple on or off, chosen by the school. Two rules keep it safe. Everything is off by default, so no existing school changes behaviour on release. And a user only ever sees the teachers assigned to their own classes, never a directory of the whole staff. This keeps the feature GDPR friendly, because the school decides field by field what is shared and nothing is exposed automatically.

  9. Custom Template for Student Report

We need to generate a report for each student each Trimester. At the moment we create a word document for each each student showing information for each trimester and then each teacher has to type their comments and results for each student. I would like the option to include a customisable report template for each student that could be updated in the student file

  12. All Dashboard widgets interactive

Please could you make the dashboard widgets interactive at the moment, Notifications, Birthdays and Payments are interactive It would be more useful for me to have the same ability to click and drill down for more information with the following: Lesson (attendance) Behaviour Group Messaging Also would it be possible for each user choose which elements they see on their dashboard (if they have permission)

  13. Google Sign On

I'm suggesting integrating Google Single Sign-On (SSO) into [Your SaaS Product] for smoother access. This would simplify our login process, allowing us to sign in with our Google accounts directly. It'd be a great enhancement for user experience!

  14. Teachers request for date change

If teachers could β€œrequest a change of date” for a lesson they can not do and need to reschedule. If teachers could β€œrequest a change of date” for a lesson they can not do and need to reschedule. The admin would have to approve this change of date This would help accounting and invoices at the end of the month without changing every lesson at the end of the month, but if the teacher requests to change and it’s been approved it changes and updates simultaneously

  15. Bulk Emails / Newsletters - To view if parents DIDN'T open their mail.

In the same way that we can see when emails are succesfully sent. Would we be able to view if parents have opened that mail or not? SO we can easily see which parents we need to resend that email to. THanks!
