Dear Teach'N'Go support team, I am writing to report a problem we have found in the notes field of the student profile, which affects our colleagues working on macOS. On Chrome under macOS, pasting formatted content into that field with Cmd+V does nothing at all, with no error message and no visible response of any kind, so the natural assumption for the user is that the platform has frozen. Pasting the same content with Cmd+Shift+V, which pastes as plain text, works correctly, and pasting with Ctrl+V on Chrome under Windows also works correctly, which suggests that the field is rejecting rich clipboard content rather than sanitising it. We have a workaround in Cmd+Shift+V and we are using it, so this is not urgent for us, although I imagine it affects every school with users on Mac, and the silent failure is the part that makes it difficult, in the sense that there is nothing to tell the user what went wrong or what to try instead. Ideally the editor would strip the formatting and accept the content, which is what we would expect from a notes field in any case. Kind regards

It would be a great help if the bulk invoicing feature could use each student’s related contact details in the “Bill To” section. Instead of displaying the student’s name and address, the invoice should automatically show the name and address of the student’s related contact, such as their parent or legal guardian. As all our students are minors, we are not legally permitted to issue invoices directly to them. This makes the current bulk invoicing feature effectively unusable for us. Allowing the system to retrieve the relevant contact’s name and address automatically during bulk invoice creation would make the feature fully usable and save a significant amount of manual administrative work.

Hi, In Laos, we can use 3 main currencies: LAK (Lao Kip), USD and THB (Thai Bath). It means we have to be able to invoice or receive money in these 3 currencies.

Hi, as some of our admission/administration staff and teachers are Lao and don't speak/know English, it will be very helpful if you can add Lao language.

Example: Tutor can teach at X library on Mondays, Y library on Wednesdays, but only virtually on Thursdays. Current tutor availability does not allow for that level of granularity and as a result the registration page doesn't allow for distinguishing accordingly.

SMS communication is expensive for the students and dated, while WhatsApp is free. Students can authorized channel.

We need to generate a report for each student each Trimester. At the moment we create a word document for each each student showing information for each trimester and then each teacher has to type their comments and results for each student. I would like the option to include a customisable report template for each student that could be updated in the student file

The ability to build a custom report/export

WE would like to build a class report on TnG, we want to have a report that includes attendance, notes per student, grades, etc. And we would to send it to certain people within TnG via email.

Please could you make the dashboard widgets interactive at the moment, Notifications, Birthdays and Payments are interactive It would be more useful for me to have the same ability to click and drill down for more information with the following: Lesson (attendance) Behaviour Group Messaging Also would it be possible for each user choose which elements they see on their dashboard (if they have permission)

I'm suggesting integrating Google Single Sign-On (SSO) into [Your SaaS Product] for smoother access. This would simplify our login process, allowing us to sign in with our Google accounts directly. It'd be a great enhancement for user experience!

If teachers could “request a change of date” for a lesson they can not do and need to reschedule. If teachers could “request a change of date” for a lesson they can not do and need to reschedule. The admin would have to approve this change of date This would help accounting and invoices at the end of the month without changing every lesson at the end of the month, but if the teacher requests to change and it’s been approved it changes and updates simultaneously

In the same way that we can see when emails are succesfully sent. Would we be able to view if parents have opened that mail or not? SO we can easily see which parents we need to resend that email to. THanks!

It would be great is the School inventory could have these two enhancements: When an item is selected and you see the item details, if you could navigate to the next or previous item in the list with easy next/previous arrows. (it would be great if it navigated next and previous based on the search results of the inventory screen and not the whole index of items).To be able to assign inventory items to anyone in the 'People' category, whether it is teachers/ students/ staff. That way we can see what person has what easily (to then be able to search based off of a name would be great.
