Similar to the function used in Arlo platform. You can search for potential duplicates and merge the records together. It allows you to overwrite data from one with the relevant data from the other and where there is additional information in one and not the other, that will be retained

Why it is useful & Who benefits: It provides an immediate visual reference of the time, helping both teachers and students quickly see the ongoing class and how much time is left without checking the clock. How it should work: A horizontal, colored indicator line (similar to Google Calendar) will overlay the calendar grid and automatically move down in real-time according to the current time of day.

In place of platforms like MS Form, Tally, Qualtrics to allow learners to fill in forms built and issued by us, individually (not by class). Useful for things like Laptop Loan Scheme applications, Fee Payment Plan applications, Deferral/Withdrawal applications, etc. So the data can all be stored and tracked in TNG and to allow us to report on the data also

I find the new field LABELS in the student profile super useful. But I would like to be able to list students by the value in the label field, or search by that value. This would let me get a shortlist of e.g. students with food allergies but I guess this functionality could come to life in countless scenarios. At the moment labels cannot be selected under columns in the students view.

It would be good if it would be possible to increase the size of a text box for a student custom field, in the same way as the Notes section or Medical Notes field.

To maintain privacy and prevent any stigmatization, these indicators and notes must be strictly visible only to authorized school personnel and completely hidden from the students. How it should work: Visual Indicators: Introduce up to 5 distinct graphical elements (e.g., colored dots or small icons) on the student's card in the Lesson view. Each color or icon would represent a specific status (e.g., a Yellow Dot for Special Educational Needs, a Screen Icon for "Monitor Screen"). Hover-over Tooltips: When a staff member hovers their mouse over a specific indicator or a dedicated "info" icon, a small pop-up tooltip appears. This tooltip will fetch and display brief, relevant information from the student's profile—such as "Medical notes" or custom individual agreements (e.g., "Goal: Learn to take proper notes"). Configuration: School admins or teachers should be able to configure what the indicators mean and which profile fields feed the tooltip text.

SMS communication is expensive for the students and dated, while WhatsApp is free. Students can authorized channel.

We need to generate a report for each student each Trimester. At the moment we create a word document for each each student showing information for each trimester and then each teacher has to type their comments and results for each student. I would like the option to include a customisable report template for each student that could be updated in the student file

The ability to build a custom report/export

WE would like to build a class report on TnG, we want to have a report that includes attendance, notes per student, grades, etc. And we would to send it to certain people within TnG via email.

Please could you make the dashboard widgets interactive at the moment, Notifications, Birthdays and Payments are interactive It would be more useful for me to have the same ability to click and drill down for more information with the following: Lesson (attendance) Behaviour Group Messaging Also would it be possible for each user choose which elements they see on their dashboard (if they have permission)

I'm suggesting integrating Google Single Sign-On (SSO) into [Your SaaS Product] for smoother access. This would simplify our login process, allowing us to sign in with our Google accounts directly. It'd be a great enhancement for user experience!

In the same way that we can see when emails are succesfully sent. Would we be able to view if parents have opened that mail or not? SO we can easily see which parents we need to resend that email to. THanks!
