In some reports you can filter by class, others class and student. Being able to filter all reports by 1. Teacher 2. Student 3. Class would be very helpful. (Adding teacher especially to pending attendance being most helpful for us).

It would be very helpful if, in the Classes section of the student profile, we could also see the actual start and end dates of the program/level, not only the enrollment date. Currently, we can see when the student was enrolled in the class, but not the real program/level period. Having visibility of the level’s actual date range would make it easier to track academic progress and understand the student’s timeline at a glance. Thank you for considering this improvement!

Problem once teacher check the assignment submission, they have no way of correcting/giving feedback through that functionthey have to use some other means Idea it would be great if the teachers could directly give feedback through the assignment function, and students to read it. Teachers could change the status of each submission (done, in progress etc)

Currently, classes can only be created by manually setting both the start and end dates. This requires users to calculate the end date themselves based on the total number of hours, which can lead to errors and inefficiencies. We suggest enhancing the system to allow class creation based on a defined number of hours, where the system automatically calculates the end date from the selected start date and schedule.

I find the new field LABELS in the student profile super useful. But I would like to be able to list students by the value in the label field, or search by that value. This would let me get a shortlist of e.g. students with food allergies but I guess this functionality could come to life in countless scenarios. At the moment labels cannot be selected under columns in the students view.

The receipts appear to be sent, under the activity tab, so it is possibly just a visual bug. Ideally the receipt, once sent, should disappear so that the student profile shows.

Could you please make the country code visible on the student record view so our staff can contact students on whatsapp directly? We see the 10 digit phone but seeing the country code too would be very helpful as we have many international students, some with local #'s and some without.

It is a kind of two-in-one idea but perhaps could be considered jointly. Scenario 1: A student enrols and unenrols prematurely for whatever reason. I'd consider him or her to be a prospect again. But I cannot "unconvert" a student back into a prospect and have to archive and set up a new prospect instead, which is not efficient and leads to doubled entries in a way. So the convert to --Student, Prospect, or a Related contact would work well here. Scenario 2: When an underage student enrols we have their guardian / parent details on the system as a related contact. But sometimes those parents also decide to follow the classes. I cannot convert a related contact into a student (they have to be set up as a student and then picked as a related contact). It would be handy and quick to be able to just convert a parent into a student (while retaining the relationship)

At the moment, when creating classes for the new school year manually, one has to type the same starting date and end date repeatedly for every new class. The system already has a record of the starting and ending dates for the academic year. Would it be possible to have these dates available as predefined options when selecting starting and ending dates for a class? It could perhaps also remember recently used dates as well. I believe this would make class creation faster and reduce repetitive manual typing. I am aware of the IMPORT CLASSES option, which is great, but it is not always easy to use. Furthermore, the above option would help throughout the whole year (at least for the ending date).

I can find the receipt under payments, but it is useful to have it in view right away after the invoice is paid. It is meant to be like that - that's why the link is shown, but it does not work.

SMS communication is expensive for the students and dated, while WhatsApp is free. Students can authorized channel.

We need to generate a report for each student each Trimester. At the moment we create a word document for each each student showing information for each trimester and then each teacher has to type their comments and results for each student. I would like the option to include a customisable report template for each student that could be updated in the student file

I would ideally like to have a single account per family or company so contact details, address etc only needs be updated once e.g for companies I have one primary contact be maybe 20 students also for families where there are 2 or more people in the family who are students, sometimes the parent / primary contact is also a student. The data is not always accurate if there is a charge of address or telephone number. Also we are not using the stripe integration yet but it would help for payments to have a single contact for multiple students.

The ability to build a custom report/export

WE would like to build a class report on TnG, we want to have a report that includes attendance, notes per student, grades, etc. And we would to send it to certain people within TnG via email.
