The documents are uploaded on to teach & Go , However we should be able to bulk download everything and have access to our data , if ever needed.

We have many lessons that cross over from one day to the next (starting before 23:59 and ending after 00:00). Could you please add an option for lesson end date? We cannot reach out to you each time and ask to manually adjust the time from your side, especially when it comes to one-time lessons. We hope for your understanding, support, and a quick resolution of this issue.

In the UI there seems to be an issue with fixed column width. As the result some details cannot be viewed. Here is the screenshot from the invoices section - where you cannot see the Billing details. It is just an example. But it is the same with Students, Prospects. In some cases the column width is inflated because one cell has a lot of details - but this pushes other columns to the right so you end up scrolling across like a mad one. Unless column width can be adjusted by dragging the edge or unless details are wrapped within the width of the cell (or unless both fixes are implemented) it is impossible to get a bird's eye view.

when we archive a student, the program keeps the related contacts of the student! I want just to hide them or archive them too, but not to delete them! in order to exclude them when I send a general notification for the all of parents.

The default "Most relevant" doesn't do a good job of predicting what's most relevant. For example, we have classes that last several hours and attendance is taken every 60 minutes or so. So if class starts at 4:00, then we have a check in time at 4:00, and then one at 5:00 or so and another at 6:00 or so, etc. But if a teacher doesn't take attendance until 4:15, the 4:00 lesson isn't visible in the default "most relevant," causing confusion and frustration for the teachers and students. Please consider that the most relevant includes the current time, not just future times.

I also hope there will be a calendar-style summary of the students’ attendance every month, just like this one

If teachers could “request a change of date” for a lesson they can not do and need to reschedule. If teachers could “request a change of date” for a lesson they can not do and need to reschedule. The admin would have to approve this change of date This would help accounting and invoices at the end of the month without changing every lesson at the end of the month, but if the teacher requests to change and it’s been approved it changes and updates simultaneously

We need to generate a report for each student each Trimester. At the moment we create a word document for each each student showing information for each trimester and then each teacher has to type their comments and results for each student. I would like the option to include a customisable report template for each student that could be updated in the student file

SMS communication is expensive for the students and dated, while WhatsApp is free. Students can authorized channel.

I would ideally like to have a single account per family or company so contact details, address etc only needs be updated once e.g for companies I have one primary contact be maybe 20 students also for families where there are 2 or more people in the family who are students, sometimes the parent / primary contact is also a student. The data is not always accurate if there is a charge of address or telephone number. Also we are not using the stripe integration yet but it would help for payments to have a single contact for multiple students.

adding a feature to keep track of teachers absence (like illness, holiday etc) . when a selected teacher shows unavailable, the system could list other available teachers.

The ability to build a custom report/export

WE would like to build a class report on TnG, we want to have a report that includes attendance, notes per student, grades, etc. And we would to send it to certain people within TnG via email.

Please could you make the dashboard widgets interactive at the moment, Notifications, Birthdays and Payments are interactive It would be more useful for me to have the same ability to click and drill down for more information with the following: Lesson (attendance) Behaviour Group Messaging Also would it be possible for each user choose which elements they see on their dashboard (if they have permission)

I'm suggesting integrating Google Single Sign-On (SSO) into [Your SaaS Product] for smoother access. This would simplify our login process, allowing us to sign in with our Google accounts directly. It'd be a great enhancement for user experience!
