SMS communication is expensive for the students and dated, while WhatsApp is free. Students can authorized channel.

Just like we are able to sync our schedule to our Google calendars, it would be great to be able to sync this with our 365/outlook calendar.

The ability to build a custom report/export

Please could you make the dashboard widgets interactive at the moment, Notifications, Birthdays and Payments are interactive It would be more useful for me to have the same ability to click and drill down for more information with the following: Lesson (attendance) Behaviour Group Messaging Also would it be possible for each user choose which elements they see on their dashboard (if they have permission)

It would be great is the School inventory could have these two enhancements: When an item is selected and you see the item details, if you could navigate to the next or previous item in the list with easy next/previous arrows. (it would be great if it navigated next and previous based on the search results of the inventory screen and not the whole index of items).To be able to assign inventory items to anyone in the 'People' category, whether it is teachers/ students/ staff. That way we can see what person has what easily (to then be able to search based off of a name would be great.

So, when I input an item, there is the option of setting the quantity. However sometime like with phones/laptops/monitors etc. If there is an item that has a quantity more than 1 (like we buy 5) there is often more than one serial number that relates to each item. Could it be possible to add serial numbers so that an item can have one when the quantity is increased? I am currently inputting each item individually. But if I had the option to input quantity 5 and add 5 serial numbers along with my other request of assigning items to people (see my other request) then I believe this would make things cleaner and save time.

As we are an online language school, when a student goes through the booking system and selects the lesson they want, "Private lesson - 55 mins" for example, the classroom has to be set here related to the lesson type they select. In our situation multiple teachers can teach this lesson but then we need the classroom to be the online video lesson with each teachers separate link in, we have currently created a classroom for each teacher with their own respective zoom link in. For example; if "Private lesson - 55 mins" is selected, then from teacher A, B or C the student selects Teacher B, we then need the classroom to be defined by the Teacher they selected and not the lesson type. Otherwise, our lesson list will have to be each type of lesson for each teacher which would be 30+ and more as we keep growing.

A BIG THANK YOU for adding “This Academic Year” option in the period filtering — this is extremely helpful and saves time when generating reports. Would it be possible for the ending date of THIS ACADEMIC YEAR automatically appear as the default end date when creating new classes?

It would be very time-saving if, when creating a class with custom dates (a feature that is already available), we could also assign a different student when adding new lessons to that class. Currently, the system automatically assigns the student(s) originally selected when the class is first created. As an institute that mainly offers one-to-one lessons, we frequently schedule many one-off lessons in addition to regular lessons. At the moment, we need to create a new class each time, even when the lesson structure (duration, teacher, subject, etc.) is the same (only the time and student differ).

You should be able to edit the branch name without having to create an entire new branch and losing all the existing data of the old branch. Marketing and branding change all the time and it's possible a branch undergoes a name change or abbreviation and should be able to adapt the branch name to reflect that easily.

We need to generate a report for each student each Trimester. At the moment we create a word document for each each student showing information for each trimester and then each teacher has to type their comments and results for each student. I would like the option to include a customisable report template for each student that could be updated in the student file

I would ideally like to have a single account per family or company so contact details, address etc only needs be updated once e.g for companies I have one primary contact be maybe 20 students also for families where there are 2 or more people in the family who are students, sometimes the parent / primary contact is also a student. The data is not always accurate if there is a charge of address or telephone number. Also we are not using the stripe integration yet but it would help for payments to have a single contact for multiple students.

WE would like to build a class report on TnG, we want to have a report that includes attendance, notes per student, grades, etc. And we would to send it to certain people within TnG via email.

I'm suggesting integrating Google Single Sign-On (SSO) into [Your SaaS Product] for smoother access. This would simplify our login process, allowing us to sign in with our Google accounts directly. It'd be a great enhancement for user experience!

In the same way that we can see when emails are succesfully sent. Would we be able to view if parents have opened that mail or not? SO we can easily see which parents we need to resend that email to. THanks!
