It would be great as administrators, when helping teachers or students, to be able to see what they seen. It is relatively frequent that we have teacher or students say they can-not see certain things in the system. It would be great if an Administrator account could switch to Teacher A's view and check it for them.

It would be very helpful if lesson reschedule information could also be made available through the API. At the moment, when a parent reschedules a lesson, the change is recorded in the student’s Notes tab, which has already made a real difference to our follow-up process. However, this information is not visible through the API. We read the lesson_list endpoint every day to keep our internal systems updated. When a lesson is rescheduled, the record keeps the same lesson ID and simply reflects the new date and time. This means that, through the API, we cannot identify whether the lesson was moved, what the original date and time were, when the change was made, or whether it was rescheduled by the parent or by the school. Ideally, rescheduled lessons could include information such as the original date and time, the date the reschedule was made, and who made the change. Alternatively, an API endpoint providing access to student notes, including the “Parent message” reschedule notes, would also solve this need. This improvement would allow us to automatically track parent-initiated reschedules per student against our termly limit, without having to check the Notes tab manually, and would make our internal reporting and follow-up much more efficient.

SMS communication is expensive for the students and dated, while WhatsApp is free. Students can authorized channel.

We need to generate a report for each student each Trimester. At the moment we create a word document for each each student showing information for each trimester and then each teacher has to type their comments and results for each student. I would like the option to include a customisable report template for each student that could be updated in the student file

The ability to build a custom report/export

WE would like to build a class report on TnG, we want to have a report that includes attendance, notes per student, grades, etc. And we would to send it to certain people within TnG via email.

Please could you make the dashboard widgets interactive at the moment, Notifications, Birthdays and Payments are interactive It would be more useful for me to have the same ability to click and drill down for more information with the following: Lesson (attendance) Behaviour Group Messaging Also would it be possible for each user choose which elements they see on their dashboard (if they have permission)

I'm suggesting integrating Google Single Sign-On (SSO) into [Your SaaS Product] for smoother access. This would simplify our login process, allowing us to sign in with our Google accounts directly. It'd be a great enhancement for user experience!

If teachers could “request a change of date” for a lesson they can not do and need to reschedule. If teachers could “request a change of date” for a lesson they can not do and need to reschedule. The admin would have to approve this change of date This would help accounting and invoices at the end of the month without changing every lesson at the end of the month, but if the teacher requests to change and it’s been approved it changes and updates simultaneously

In the same way that we can see when emails are succesfully sent. Would we be able to view if parents have opened that mail or not? SO we can easily see which parents we need to resend that email to. THanks!

It would be great is the School inventory could have these two enhancements: When an item is selected and you see the item details, if you could navigate to the next or previous item in the list with easy next/previous arrows. (it would be great if it navigated next and previous based on the search results of the inventory screen and not the whole index of items).To be able to assign inventory items to anyone in the 'People' category, whether it is teachers/ students/ staff. That way we can see what person has what easily (to then be able to search based off of a name would be great.

It would work much better for us if we could have a Title for bookable lessons which is what the parents see but then set separately how the class will be named when it is created..

There are a few things as a school whos students are all minors and contact is through their parents (other contacts) which could be improved to help the function for us. Customising the Student profile - allowing schools to remove fields which are not needed At the moment we could have a student with no parents connected (human error) and there for no contact details. Can this been flagged as an error when contact details are missing for an enrolled student. It would be helpful to be able to set a primary contact (from other contacts) and for this to ensure notifications are on and for this information to be viewed from the student account dashboard.

It would be awesome if we can add a general notes section so when you hover over something in the calendar you can preview the notes for info without having to click on it. For example, we have Zoom lessons, Recorded Lessons, and Written Lessons if students are absent. We could add this "note" so we know there is some kind of change and the admin and teachers can see it.

Classrooms (e.g., Zoom meeting ID) autofilling was a fantastic update when initially setting up classes. On the Class Details page, if you go to add another day/time and with a different teacher (and different classroom), or for individual classes if you're updating the teacher and classroom when the original teacher is sick, that autofill feature isn't present. Possible to add it?
