It will be useful have the ability to merge two students in one, because due to small or medium name differents is easy to create a student twice for example someone called John Smith can also be created as John E. Smith... In Latino America where work is even worse because a person can be Sebastian Romero or Sebastián Romero.

An option to hide classrooms which are inactive (old classrooms that are no longer in progress). There is an option to delete but cannot be deleted if there were past classes added. When selecting a classroom it would be good to only see the classrooms that are active.

Une fonctionnalité permettant de générer, faire signer et archiver des feuilles d’émargement par session, journée ou demi-journée permettrait de sécuriser la conformité administrative des organismes de formation, de faciliter la facturation et de réduire fortement les tâches manuelles. Idéalement, cette fonctionnalité pourrait intégrer : la signature des apprenants et du formateur par demi-journée (attester de la présence) ; la gestion des absences, retards et présences partielles ; l’export PDF des feuilles d’émargement ; l’archivage par session ; la génération ou le rattachement au certificat de réalisation ; une piste d’audit indiquant la date, l’heure et le mode de signature. We need to generate a report for each student each Trimester. At the moment we create a word document for each each student showing information for each trimester and then each teacher has to type their comments and results for each student. I would like the option to include a customisable report template for each student that could be updated in the student file

I would ideally like to have a single account per family or company so contact details, address etc only needs be updated once e.g for companies I have one primary contact be maybe 20 students also for families where there are 2 or more people in the family who are students, sometimes the parent / primary contact is also a student. The data is not always accurate if there is a charge of address or telephone number. Also we are not using the stripe integration yet but it would help for payments to have a single contact for multiple students.

The ability to build a custom report/export

WE would like to build a class report on TnG, we want to have a report that includes attendance, notes per student, grades, etc. And we would to send it to certain people within TnG via email.

I'm suggesting integrating Google Single Sign-On (SSO) into [Your SaaS Product] for smoother access. This would simplify our login process, allowing us to sign in with our Google accounts directly. It'd be a great enhancement for user experience!

In the same way that we can see when emails are succesfully sent. Would we be able to view if parents have opened that mail or not? SO we can easily see which parents we need to resend that email to. THanks!

The admin would have to approve this change of date This would help accounting and invoices at the end of the month without changing every lesson at the end of the month, but if the teacher requests to change and it’s been approved it changes and updates simultaneously

Please can you add the ability to add subfolders in library. It is very difficult to manage with just one general folder Also would be great if access rights could be assigned by folder
