As an administrator, I want full control over the attendance status options available for lessons. Currently, the platform offers a fixed set of choices (Present, Absent, Late). I want the ability to add, remove, or modify these options to match our institution’s policies and capture meaningful data. Example custom statuses: Teacher Absent Poor Internet Connection Technical Issues (platform/device) Partial Attendance Emergency Closure Ideal implementation: Make attendance options work similarly to how Behaviours are currently customizable—but instead of “red flag / gold star” options, the underlying data purpose would be Present / Absent / Ignore. This would allow me to: Change the wording of each status for better admin control. Provide clearer, more accurate attendance scores for parents. Why this matters: Admin flexibility – I can align attendance tracking with our school’s real‑world scenarios. Parent clarity – A status like “Poor Internet Connection” is more informative than a generic “Absent” and reduces follow‑up questions. Data accuracy – By mapping custom statuses to Present/Absent/Ignore, attendance reports remain meaningful without forcing me to use fixed labels. This great addition would greatly improve both administrative efficiency and family communication. Please vote to help bring this flexibility to all admins!

Please can you add the ability to add subfolders in library. It is very difficult to manage with just one general folder Also would be great if access rights could be assigned by folder

SMS communication is expensive for the students and dated, while WhatsApp is free. Students can authorized channel.

The ability to set max numbers when setting up a class as some classes which take place in the same room have different capacity so the room limit does not always work

This would be great for our school because we could cut out the use of Whatsapp entirely. It would also help students and parents have a direct line to communicate with teachers without teachers having to give out their personal contact info. Additionally, it would help keep the lines clear between work hours and personal hours. Furthermore, it would do away with a lot of extra admin work because teachers could send things directly to parents/students without having to have a go-between and vice versa.

Lessons that have (0) attendees due to excused lessons, to be in "grey" to be visible on the calendar (similarly to when a lesson is marked as postponed) - Teachers can see that the lesson will not go ahead.

This is where we submit ideas, but they should be shared with all users on a monthly basis so people can engage and vote. Otherwise, it ends up being the same people always submitting suggestions without receiving meaningful votes, and these suggestions are not being taken into consideration.

We need to generate a report for each student each Trimester. At the moment we create a word document for each each student showing information for each trimester and then each teacher has to type their comments and results for each student. I would like the option to include a customisable report template for each student that could be updated in the student file

The ability to build a custom report/export

If teachers could “request a change of date” for a lesson they can not do and need to reschedule. If teachers could “request a change of date” for a lesson they can not do and need to reschedule. The admin would have to approve this change of date This would help accounting and invoices at the end of the month without changing every lesson at the end of the month, but if the teacher requests to change and it’s been approved it changes and updates simultaneously

Currently we have the brilliant system of push-notifications for when students are marked as absent, the parents receive a notification on their phone. However, some of our parents don't use the app on their phone and instead need an email to notify them. I would love a preset email to be sent to the students related contact email address when they are marked as absent by a teacher, giving a more solid paper trail of proof that we marked their child as absent and the parent has received it, not only as a notification on their phone.

It would be great if for each teacher account we could set the teacher's fee and when we select the teacher during the class creation it automatically populates the teachers fee as set in their respective profiles. If would also be very helpful, for our use case specifically, if the teacher fee was calculated in respect to the 'Default lesson length'. Our lessons are 55 minutes. The current teacher fee is set to 'per hour'.

Currently, when a class is postponed, the replacement lesson must be created manually. This creates additional work and increases the risk of inconsistencies in the schedule. We suggest that when a class is marked as postponed, the system automatically generates a new session at the end of the course/class to compensate for the missed class. This ensures that: The total number of classes/hours is maintained The schedule remains consistent Manual adjustments are minimized Ideally, this process should be automatic once a class marked as postponed, without requiring users to manually create the replacement session.

Can we include events in the dropdown option under class booking page?

It would be useful to have SMS and email auto reminders for 'Events' as well as Classes.
