It would be great to have customizable satisfaction surveys for students and staff members to answer regarding the school and teachers so that we can have constant feedback and chances of improvement. It would also be great to have report and graphs options for the surveys. This way, we can see long-term results (graphs) and send teachers regular reports.

The ability to build a custom report/export

In the same way that we can see when emails are succesfully sent. Would we be able to view if parents have opened that mail or not? SO we can easily see which parents we need to resend that email to. THanks!

Currently if you have the app on your phone, you get a notification when something in your Teach 'n Go account is changed or updated, but you can only see some of the words that describe the change. Then you click the notification, and it just brings you to the dashboard screen and you have no idea what the notification was for. Could the notification bring you straight to the item it is notifying you of? This way parents don't feel like they are missing some major change or announcement?

I loved when Abdullah used to do a webinar every now and again showing us updates / how to do things in TeachnGo. I found it to be a really useful way to catch up on things and get ideas for new ways of doing things. I would love if we could have this again.

SMS communication is expensive for the students and dated, while WhatsApp is free. Students can authorized channel.

WE would like to build a class report on TnG, we want to have a report that includes attendance, notes per student, grades, etc. And we would to send it to certain people within TnG via email.

Attendance is important and sometimes does get forgotten, or staff might think I will do it later and then forget. Running a report would help pick up lessons that have not had their attendance taken, then remind these staff to go back and complete it.

So as a school, we have to work out the schedule for the coming semester. We do a lot of this in TnG which means creating classes, then moving then around and making constant adjustments. It would be great if we could hide the coming semesters schedule from both Teachers and Students until we have worked it out and then go live. We could disable portal access but we still need students to make payments etc. So, if there is a hide option for a selected time period that we could apply to students and teachers (separately) that would be great.

It would work much better for us if we could have a Title for bookable lessons which is what the parents see but then set separately how the class will be named when it is created..

it will be nice on any date field to be able to have date filter like: earlier than, later than, in between, today, yesterday, last year, this year, this quarter, las quarter, etc. Look Excel filter on a date field TnG will have the complete list. In our case we have several custom date field on our student profile

As a language school, we operate by levels, and for each level, we need to determine which students plan to continue to the next. When managing multiple students or classes, this process becomes overwhelming if done manually. We propose creating a continuity poll that asks students 2 days before the final class (for example) whether they plan to continue to the next level. If they select "yes," they are automatically added to the new class (pre-created manually in the system). We can tell the platform exactly which classroom or class the students are coming from and designate the class they should move to next. Those who choose "no" or don't respond would be listed in a report for individual follow-up. By implementing the continuity poll, both the school and students benefit from a streamlined process. The school gains efficient class management, saving time and reducing manual errors, while ensuring that students who plan to continue are automatically enrolled in the next level.

When you move a child from one class to another class the money stays with the old class. It would be useful for us to be able to 'transfer' a student which would mean that their money moves also and you can unenrol and re-enol in one step.

I would be very useful to generate a payslip for teachers based on the hours worked over a specific time. We also need to include additional payments such a monthly fixed fee or additional expenses.

We have events that we would like teachers and students from our two branches to be invited to. For example teachers meetings, storytelling, certificate ceremonies and parties. When creating the event, it would be much better if we could select teachers / student from both branches. At the moment we have to create the event and then duplicate it in the other centre. (Or in the case of staff, we have to add staff from the second centre to the staff list of the first and then invent fictional classes for them to make them active). Not ideal.
