SMS communication is expensive for the students and dated, while WhatsApp is free. Students can authorized channel.

We need to generate a report for each student each Trimester. At the moment we create a word document for each each student showing information for each trimester and then each teacher has to type their comments and results for each student. I would like the option to include a customisable report template for each student that could be updated in the student file

Having to click between different pages to set up new classes (teacher(s), days/times, students, etc.) is more cumbersome and time-consuming than having everything on one page. For creating one-off classes, it's manageable, but the new set-up is going to make bulk class creation times (semester beginnings, etc.) much more time-intensive. I understand that it might help some users not forget steps, but if that's the case, I don't think their failure to do their due diligence ought to result in a more time-consuming process for all involved.

Please could you make the dashboard widgets interactive at the moment, Notifications, Birthdays and Payments are interactive It would be more useful for me to have the same ability to click and drill down for more information with the following: Lesson (attendance) Behaviour Group Messaging Also would it be possible for each user choose which elements they see on their dashboard (if they have permission)

I'm suggesting integrating Google Single Sign-On (SSO) into [Your SaaS Product] for smoother access. This would simplify our login process, allowing us to sign in with our Google accounts directly. It'd be a great enhancement for user experience!

Can you add in a way to set a standard hourly rate for teachers and staff so we don't have to add it to each individual class? Then we can go in and adjust any that are different. If we can include $0 as an option as well that would be great so unpaid time that needs to be blocked from the schedule such as meal breaks or just "unavailable" time or "teacher absent" time can be on the schedule and not counted in payroll. when we archive a student, the program keeps the related contacts of the student! I want just to hide them or archive them too, but not to delete them! in order to exclude them when I send a general notification for the all of parents.

Problem once teacher check the assignment submission, they have no way of correcting/giving feedback through that functionthey have to use some other means Idea it would be great if the teachers could directly give feedback through the assignment function, and students to read it. Teachers could change the status of each submission (done, in progress etc)

The feature when you hover over a class and info pops up (teacher, student, etc.) seems to have disappeared. That was a super-helpful feature. Possible to bring it back?

My request is to impove payment model of the web platform. Currently, the system allows parents to pay for individual classes. We would like if there could be an option to pay invoice or receipts that are generated by the school, so parents don't need to select individual classes Some of the key benefits are: This will make our life easier and would make us be more organize. This can allow to have a begining of the month paying system

I would ideally like to have a single account per family or company so contact details, address etc only needs be updated once e.g for companies I have one primary contact be maybe 20 students also for families where there are 2 or more people in the family who are students, sometimes the parent / primary contact is also a student. The data is not always accurate if there is a charge of address or telephone number. Also we are not using the stripe integration yet but it would help for payments to have a single contact for multiple students.

The ability to build a custom report/export

WE would like to build a class report on TnG, we want to have a report that includes attendance, notes per student, grades, etc. And we would to send it to certain people within TnG via email.

In the same way that we can see when emails are succesfully sent. Would we be able to view if parents have opened that mail or not? SO we can easily see which parents we need to resend that email to. THanks!

If teachers could “request a change of date” for a lesson they can not do and need to reschedule. If teachers could “request a change of date” for a lesson they can not do and need to reschedule. The admin would have to approve this change of date This would help accounting and invoices at the end of the month without changing every lesson at the end of the month, but if the teacher requests to change and it’s been approved it changes and updates simultaneously
