Possibility of notifying student absences over a period
It could be usefull to notifying student absences over a period. Actually,we have to do it each lesson in particular. In case the student is absent during a month for whatever reason, it's a problem cause it takes a long time to justify it.

Convert students back into prospects
Sometimes prospects are converted into students, but for whatever reason, fail to really become students. Once a prospect is converted into a student, could this be reversed? Or simply could students be converted into prospects?

Add a "current time indicator" line to the calendar view
Why it is useful & Who benefits: It provides an immediate visual reference of the time, helping both teachers and students quickly see the ongoing class and how much time is left without checking the clock. How it should work: A horizontal, colored indicator line (similar to Google Calendar) will overlay the calendar grid and automatically move down in real-time according to the current time of day.

Add visual indicators (badges) and informational tooltips on student cards in the lesson view.
Add visual indicators (badges) and informational tooltips on student cards in the lesson view to highlight special needs or individual goals for staff. Why it is useful: > During a lesson, teachers need quick reminders about students' unique circumstances without having to open individual profiles. Whether a student requires screen monitoring, has special educational needs (SEN), or has a specific learning agreement, having instant, at-a-glance context helps teachers adapt their teaching methods dynamically and provide better support. Who would benefit: > Teachers and school staff. To maintain privacy and prevent any stigmatization, these indicators and notes must be strictly visible only to authorized school personnel and completely hidden from the students. How it should work: Visual Indicators: Introduce up to 5 distinct graphical elements (e.g., colored dots or small icons) on the student's card in the Lesson view. Each color or icon would represent a specific status (e.g., a Yellow Dot for Special Educational Needs, a Screen Icon for "Monitor Screen"). Hover-over Tooltips: When a staff member hovers their mouse over a specific indicator or a dedicated "info" icon, a small pop-up tooltip appears. This tooltip will fetch and display brief, relevant information from the student's profileβsuch as "Medical notes" or custom individual agreements (e.g., "Goal: Learn to take proper notes"). Configuration: School admins or teachers should be able to configure what the indicators mean and which profile fields feed the tooltip text.

Send Student attachments with API
To access our courses, students and related participants are required to submit several documents. Currently, these documents must be uploaded manually into TNG, which is a time-consuming process. It would be extremely helpful if we could automate this workflow through an API integration, allowing documents to be transferred directly into TNG. Ideally, a dedicated document upload portal could be created, or students could be given the option to upload their documents themselves either before gaining access to the platform or after logging into the portal. This would significantly reduce administrative work, improve efficiency, and provide a smoother experience for both students and administrators.

The "Edit Start and End Date" does change the dates of the lessons
This used to work fine, but not anymore. The lessons from outside the new timeframe have to be manually removed.

"Active classes only" toggle switch resets to ON all the time - it should remember its last state
There is that "Active classes only" toggle switch in each student profile and it now resets to ON. Not sure if it has been recently added or just started resetting to ON, but I have never had to change its position - and I prefer to always see all classes, including classes that have ended, so that's the OFF position for me.

Calendar selectros translation in spanish is incorrect
The selector on the right of the scscreen where we can select to see the calendar by month, day or week. Shows day and week incorrectly and it is confusing for the user. Day should be Dia not "Entre" and Week should be Semana not "SemanaDia".

Custom Template for Student Report
We need to generate a report for each student each Trimester. At the moment we create a word document for each each student showing information for each trimester and then each teacher has to type their comments and results for each student. I would like the option to include a customisable report template for each student that could be updated in the student file
