It would be great as administrators, when helping teachers or students, to be able to see what they seen. It is relatively frequent that we have teacher or students say they can-not see certain things in the system. It would be great if an Administrator account could switch to Teacher A's view and check it for them.

This would be great for our school because we could cut out the use of Whatsapp entirely. It would also help students and parents have a direct line to communicate with teachers without teachers having to give out their personal contact info. Additionally, it would help keep the lines clear between work hours and personal hours. Furthermore, it would do away with a lot of extra admin work because teachers could send things directly to parents/students without having to have a go-between and vice versa.

When parents mark a lesson as excused, there is currently no clear visual indication of this in the calendar. This means we need to keep a close eye on email notifications or open each individual lesson to check whether a student will be absent. Ideally, the lesson could change colour or have a clear visual marker, similar to what happens when a lesson is postponed. This would be useful for both individual and group lessons. In the case of group lessons, the lesson would of course still go ahead for the other students, but it would be important to see it in the calendar.

For example, I'd like to see all classes for children age 10 in our Berlin branch. It would be great to filter for several options to get all the class options available for student.

It would be very helpful if these options could be added to the dropdowns. I understand you can search for them but that means you can not search for a subject at a certain level. Dropdowns would allow you to build more flexible custom searches.

When in calendar tab, we can filter by teacher. It would be nice if we had an option of NO TEACHER so that we can possibly see the events which have no teacher assigned.

In some reports you can filter by class, others class and student. Being able to filter all reports by 1. Teacher 2. Student 3. Class would be very helpful. (Adding teacher especially to pending attendance being most helpful for us).

I find the new field LABELS in the student profile super useful. But I would like to be able to list students by the value in the label field, or search by that value. This would let me get a shortlist of e.g. students with food allergies but I guess this functionality could come to life in countless scenarios. At the moment labels cannot be selected under columns in the students view.

Sometimes prospects are converted into students, but for whatever reason, fail to really become students. Once a prospect is converted into a student, could this be reversed? Or simply could students be converted into prospects?

Lessons that have (0) attendees due to excused lessons, to be in "grey" to be visible on the calendar (similarly to when a lesson is marked as postponed) - Teachers can see that the lesson will not go ahead.

We can add credit on a specific student's account. We can also write a description for the credit. However, this description DOES NOT SHOW WHEN ISSUING A RECEIPT (and applying credit). It would be helpful to show on the receipt.

We offer monthly packages to our students and use the credit system to deduct the cost of each individual class from their balance. However, when students pay for a larger package (such as a monthly or yearly package), we still need to manually add the corresponding amount to their credit balance. It would be really helpful to have an option to automatically convert package payments into student credit as soon as the payment is completed. This would save us a lot of administrative work, reduce the risk of manual errors, and make it easier to manage student balances, especially as the school grows. Sometimes we need to cancel a class at the last minute on our side, and in those cases, we shouldn’t charge students for the class. It would be really helpful to have an option to automatically return the class credit to the student when a teacher or administrator cancels a class. Currently, lessons are often charged around midnight, which can make it difficult to manage last-minute cancellations, especially when a class is cancelled the following morning. Having this feature would make the process much smoother, reduce the need to adjust credits manually, and help us keep track of the classes students have actually attended and paid for. We believe it would be useful to introduce dedicated reminders for rescheduled lessons, through both push notifications and emails. To clarify, we are not referring to notifications sent when a lesson is rescheduled, but rather to automatic reminders sent 15 minutes or 1 hour before the rescheduled lesson is due to begin. We do not want to overwhelm parents and teachers with reminders for every regular lesson. However, rescheduled lessons are particularly easy to forget, as they fall outside the usual schedule. Having a specific reminder for these lessons would help ensure that both teachers and families remember the updated date and time.

I think there may be a bug with related contacts. Here’s what happened: I added Rita Vitobello as Mother of Renato Telera while Renato was still a prospect. I also added Vincenzo Telera as Father of Renato. When I converted Renato to a student, Rita disappeared from the related contacts, and Vincenzo was incorrectly labelled Mother of. I added Rita again and corrected Vincenzo to Father of. I then tried to link Rita as Mother of her daughter, Alessandra Telera. Rita appeared twice in the existing contacts list: once as Father of and once as Mother of. I deleted the incorrect duplicate, but Rita then disappeared again. I now need to add her back to both Renato and Alessandra. Could you investigate whether converting a prospect or deleting a duplicate related contact is affecting the underlying contact and its links to other students? I’m concerned about losing contact information or assigning the wrong relationship without noticing. I’ll try adding Rita again and let you know if anything else unusual happens.
